How it works
- Request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal.
- Email us at support@affiliateprogrampro.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll process it through Stripe.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to paid features ends and your subscription is cancelled. You won't be charged again. Refunds usually arrive in 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't automatically trigger a refund for the current period (use the money-back guarantee above for that).
